在都市真的能尋找到安樂窩嗎？多少人開始懷念農村的田園風情，舒緩的生活節奏，宜居的養老環境，甚至是最美好的童年光陰——都市無法給予下一代的是一個充滿自然氣息的童年。
Can you find a cozy home in cities? People begin to miss the idyllic countryside; the relaxing tempos are ideal for retired life, and are wonderful background for childhood since cities can’t give children the breathing of nature.
當追求永續與生態成為生活態度時，人們是可以選擇拒絕都市，而回歸農村。一塊親近自然的土地，一種和諧的鄰里關係，一次遠離都市的喧囂，不失為一種有情趣的生活方式。
When the pursuit of sustainable ecology has become a common attitude, cities might be denied, and people choose to return to rural areas where soil is endeared, and the neighborhoods are serene. Retired from the clamor of cities we might find a delightful lifestyle.
此一提案設定一個目標，「緊縮」市街的足跡，透過機制管制農村分散的家屋，選擇市街邊緣地帶，提供相對緊湊的居住空間模式，透過綠地留設，讓市街與農村交界的率的可以朝市街延伸，用綠地將新社區包圍起來。
This proposal aims to “condense the footprint of housing”. Through a managerial mechanism, bringing the scattered households to the edges of streets in the village center and establishing more concentrative communities. More greeneries are created between the streets, and as they extend toward the fields, the communities will be surrounded by greenness.
在建築形態上的挑戰是如何發展一套結合農村產業的集體居住模式，空間配置上，將綠地與公共空間帶回社區，同時考慮住、商或公共空間之間的介面關係。住居生活上則強調結合居家農業，達到怡情養性、自由實踐、找尋童趣的目的，在適應勞動力老化的同時，引入家庭勞動力，或許也可以使年輕人願意接觸農業，回歸土地。
The challenge in architecture is how to develop a collective living pattern suitable to the lifestyle and working in farming villages. Greeneries and parks are brought back to communities, and the interfaces between living, business and public life are also considered. Some agriculture is combined with domestic activities for the aging population. The fun and freedom of working at home might attract young people to experience agriculture and finally return to countryside.
